Product Description

This machine is one of  key machines  in the produciton line of organic and compoud fertilizer that is for molding the the material to a specific shape.
This machine  is suitable  for a big capacity of production of cold and hot granulation and high ,medium and low concentration compound fertilizers .
The main working method is by wet granulation of pellets, using a certain amount of water or steam, the basic fertilizer is fully chemically reacted after being humidified in the cylinder. Under certain liquid phase conditions, the rotating motion of the cylinder generates squeezing pressure between the material particles to granulate. We  have accumulated lot of experience in the production of compound fertilizers.
