Full set of Organic Fertilizer machines line for 5000 ,5000 10000 20000 30000 50000 100000 Tons per Year,
We design the production line as the clients Needs :
Transport the fermented and decomposed organic materials with a moisture content of about 30% -35% to the constant feeding then convey to the Cusher machine by a betl Conveyor. then enters the Sieving machine for screening, the finished material enters the computer batching system with nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and microIngredients such as quantitative elements and biological bacteria are added in a certain proportion, and then enter the mixer and packaging machine to produce powdered bio organic fertilizer (or directly package to produce powdered bio organic fertilizer) Or others can enter the rotary granulator (extrusion granulator) for preliminary ball forming and granulation, and the semi-finished particles are fed into the disc granulator (shaping machine) through a belt conveyor for further processing Particle shaping and re-granulation, finished particles are transported into the belt conveyor, and the second dryer is used for low-temperature and high air volume drying (exhausted gas is treated by the drying induced draft dust removal system)
Afterwards, the large particles that do not meet the requirements seived out will be conveyed into cold machine for cooling After complete cooling ,the big particles and power will be screen out and big particle will reture back to the Granulation system .. (exhaust gas is treated by a cooling induced draft dust removal system) The material enters the screening machine through a belt conveyor to screen out the powder, which is then mixed with a large amount of material The finished particles are transported by a Hopper elevator to Coating system (production of bio organic fertilizer with bio bacteria), and then lifted by an elevator to the Feed the packaging system and use the computer quantitative packaging system for scaling ,packing by a computer system.
