The disc granulator is one of the commonly used equipment in the organic fertilizer industry, usually suitable for the particle production of organic fertilizers, small-scale fertilizers, alumina, and desiccants. The ball forming disc is adjusted to between 40 ° -55degree. 

The motor reducer drives the disc to rotate and add the mixed raw material fertilizer.

Under the action of gravity, the material in the disc gradually forms a core until it reaches the finished particles, which overflow from the edge of the disc. 

This machine has the advantages of high ball forming rate,very round particles, high strength, anti-corrosion, easy operation maintenance.
